Wow! Just wow! I don't think there is enough words to describe how incredibly grateful I am to have booked Lucy! Lucy was incredibly amazing from the start! Not only did she provide the most stunning photos, but also provided soo much support and guidance on every aspect! Lucy is very knowledgeable in everything wedding, she had recommendations for everything we needed, hair, makeup, videography, pretty much most things. Not only that, Lucy provided a kind listening ear when I needed a rant and always spurred me on when times got rough! Lucy felt like a missing bridesmaid I never knew I needed! I am beyond grateful for having Lucy! Honestly, again words can not explain my gratitude! If in doubt of booking, just go for it! I promise you, you won't regret it!

Lucy was the most fabulous photographer for our wedding. We are beyond pleased with how our wedding photos turned out. They are so beautiful. More than we would ever have imagined. Lucy was so lovely to be with and was always professional. The engagement shoot that was included with our package was so much fun and really helped us get used to the camera (we have both never had a photoshoot before) Lucy made this so much fun and we loved our engagement photos. Lucy was so lovely we really saw her a guest at our wedding! Very warm, welcoming and professional. We couldn’t have asked for any more. From our initial contact and right through the process Lucy was fantastic, she regularly reached out to check in and provided guidance and tips when we needed it.
On our special day Lucy made us feel so relaxed and at ease, she had fun with us and let us be our silly selves. Many of the guests also mentioned how Lucy just blended in with them - a lot of the time we really didn't notice she was there! And she's captured some great "in the moment" shots that really demonstrate our guests were totally comfortable in Lucy's presence.
We loved the updates on Instagram too - Lucy keeps her clients updated on progress from order of couples to sneak peeks, culling and editing - we really enjoyed following this and felt it created more excitement!
We received all of our photos just 5 weeks after the big day and we are so, so happy with the results! Lucy has captured the day just perfectly and looking back through the photos we are able to relive all of the feelings we experienced on our special day.

She was so helpful and professional from day 1, worked around our needs and timings with our new baby and made us feel so reassured that she knew exactly what she was doing.
We had an engagement shoot a few months prior to the wedding which was amazing to help us feel comfortable on the big day and she even let us have some pictures with our son and our dog which I’ll absolutely cherish forever!
On the wedding day she was just incredible. She blended into the background and I barely noticed she was there, and yet she has managed to capture the most special moments of us, our family, and friends so perfectly.

"Wow is the best way to describe Lucy and her amazing photography.
After our original photographer cancelling two months prior to the wedding, Lucy made us feel calm and quickly made sure that the transition was smooth. This took so much stress away. From the first consultation right up to receiving our photos, Lucy kept us informed at every step. I cannot recommend such a lovely, funny, patient person to be such a big part of your day.
She captured our day right down to the last detail, that we can keep every memory cherished in our photos. Not a moment was missed, even the ones we didn’t know about until after the day. I have to mention Lizzy too, who stepped in as our second photographer. She was as equally amazing and captured the finer details of our day that we can forever look back on.
When walking down the aisle I was shaking. Lucy kept giving me a look of reassurance during the ceremony to tell me that I was doing well and to carry on. This was such a special moment for me, she kept me grounded. I cannot recommend someone enough."

"What we can we say, Lucy has been absolutely amazing from our first meeting for our engagement shoot through to our wedding day and everything in between. The photographs, for me, were probably one of the most important parts of the wedding so it was so important to get the right person for us. We got it so right with Lucy, she is not only a very talented photographer but a really reliable, organised and friendly person. She also helped out with other recommendations for service providers when we were let down and who she recommended fitted in perfectly too. She will go above and beyond, nothing is too much trouble. For us, we loved the fact that she took the time to get to know us and who we are and what type of photos we were hoping for. We felt that having photos shoots before the wedding was really helpful as she got to know the playful side of us and how we are in front of the camera and what we liked and she made us feel so very comfortable.
On the day, she she felt more like a friend! She was professional and friendly and unintrusive whilst being assertive when necessary (group photos!!) and most of the time we didn't know she was there, unless we heard that giggle!! She gave us direction, whilst allowing us to be who we are, our story and intimate moments of the day caught candidly. Lucy also provided us with 'sneek peaks' just a couple of days later which we received whilst away for a few days and was such a lovely surprise and felt like a real bonus that we could share whilst the feelings of the day were all so fresh. We had a lot of our guests comment on how Lucy seemed to blend but that she was working so hard and seemed to be here, there and everywhere! We cannot thank her enough, we are blown away by the moments she captured and will be forever grateful that she was able to deliver more than our expectations ever allowed us to dream of! "We had only a few months to plan our wedding and with a new born in tow timing was getting a little bit tight! So when we searched through Hitched to find a photographer, we was instantly drawn to Lucy’s style of photography and she seemed warm and friendly from her profile picture on her website! We thought we have nothing to lose, let’s book in a preliminary meeting with her!
Once we met, Lucy’s calm demeanour didn’t make us feel rushed or short on time and that we would still be able to fit in the engagement shoot over the coming weeks. We was absolutely blown away with the engagement shots and Lucy took the time to make sure we got a variety of pictures. needless to say, we were then very excited for the wedding day!
During the wedding day, Lucy’s non intrusive style made us feel that everything was very natural and calm. Even when some of the timelines changed slightly, Lucy was still there to capture everything perfectly! Her friendly and bubbly nature made everyone feel very at ease. I can’t thank Lucy enough for also the patience she had when we was running around with our little one but she wanted to make sure we had some pictures of just us, capturing the castle ruins outside for those all amazing ‘just us’ pictures.
When our gallery of photos finally dropped I was blown away and shed a few tears! She had captured everything perfectly and even some special unexpected shots! It was so amazing to relive our day through all the photos!

"We hired Lucy for our wedding and she delivered above and beyond what we could have imagined for our big day. When we contacted Lucy, we had just been let down by our original photographers and it was quite late to be contacting a photographer as the wedding was only a few months away. But Lucy responded extremely quickly and met with us, to settle our nerves, and made us feel so excited for our big day. Lucy provides an engagement shoot, so that we're all comfortable about how photography will work on the wedding day, but also to get some beautiful engagement shots! Lucy was very flexible, and when it was due to rain, she carefully watched the weather apps and gave us updates. It was wonderful because we felt so valued by Lucy - We weren't just people paying for a service, but she really wanted us to get the best photos for us, as well. In the lead up to the big day, Lucy met with us again and she came to our wedding rehearsal to see the building and lighting etc. which again just shows how willing Lucy is to go above and beyond. We felt so valued by Lucy. The wedding day itself was wonderful. Lucy turned up 30 minutes earlier than she was required to, showing she's willing to go the extra mile. Lucy fitted in so well, she felt a part of the party and slotted in with the wedding. She was easy-going and always made us feel comfortable. We have had so many comments from our guests about how professional Lucy was, but also how personal and not being the loud 'shouting' wedding photographer you sometimes see at weddings. Saying that, Lucy was authoritative and able to get everyone together at the right time to take the photos. She made the day go smoothly and was so approachable and happy throughout the day, which just made the day even more perfect. After the wedding, Lucy gave us sneak peaks the day after! Which was so special for us because we got to see some photos on our honeymoon. Lucy has a real gift and talent when it comes to photography and we were blown away with how she managed to capture the day, and all our guests, and the different aspects of our day, as well as the formal wedding photographs every couple wants. We can't thank Lucy enough for her services and we would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a wedding photographer!"

"Lucy was absolutely amazing! I wouldn't want anyone else, I would recommend her whole heartedly! She is so laid back and calm, but assertive and in control at all times. Lucy managed to get everyone looking and smiling in the right direction which in its self is huge. Her photos are beautiful and for most of our guests who don't have their photos taken often they were blown away! With some guests commenting its the best photos of themselves they'd ever had taken! All of our guests loved her, she fitted in perfectly. Lucy was so accommodating throughout, and was able to adapt amazingly! The day before our wedding the roof of the church fell in, she did an outstanding job of not getting any scaffolding in the photos! I would not hesitate to use her again, she captured the day so perfectly! Thank you!"
